Delay in the issue policy

Name of company/service: max bupa health insurance

This is obula reddy.I took a policy from MAX BUPA HEALTH INSURANCE by 22/April-2012 throw online. But I had not received any policy documents yet. I spoke to his customer executives many times by telephone. He told me that “We have forwarded the documents to the concerned department & we will get in touch with you”.I pay total premium at a time by April-22.Then I am in the touch with them thro mail and phone. But there is no positive response.I have total evidence on the same. I have a transaction receipt issued by maxbupa and have bank transaction receipt issued by Axis bank and have a complete forward ed massage that is the main evidence of his negligence.So please give me assistance sir.
