I had made a purchase of a LCD TV from Snapdeal.com order # 662461029.
It was written on their website that the product will be shipped in 5-6 days. After about a week when I called their customer care they are telling give us 24-48 hours to update the status as the product is being shipped directly from the vendor. The story continues and everytime I am getting the same reply so i told them to cancel this product purchase to this also they are telling will take 24-48 hours.
i dont know how to get my money back from these people
Dont use Snapdeal for purchases very slow and irresponsible people
