Delay in Shipment

i order a product on 30th of june and site it will be deliver with in 3-4 days but it will not deliver to me. today or last 5 days i send email regarding this order they just send automatic reply and nothing do. Even i call on the number but it take long time to connect to customer care person but no reply came from it.
