Delay in service againt a fault in LCD

Name of company/service: PHILIPS

I had register a complaint in philips customer care, againt a fault in my PHILIPS LCD32PFL,,on 26th march 2013. one service engineer had come to repair that fault in LCD,he checked the LCD and said one part is not working so we will bring new part and then fix in the LCD.myself gave 562 rs as service charge on 28th march2013.As per company time limit in 2or 3 days they will bring the part and service the LCD.But till date no service engineer has come to repair that.

Please do the needful ASAP.
