I have purchased Moto E dt.13/01/15 from Flipkart , EMI no. 353322063049788, Model no. XT1022, upon the malfunction of the set I have contactted with the service center . The s.Center name DIGITECH SERVICES , 115/B, Cannel Street Kolkata 48, my job no. is AMSKOL0001967 dt 13/07/15 ,the said device is within the warranty period, till to day I have not received my hand set and they do not answered how long it will take to repair the product. Please help.
