Delay in service

i m karan agrawal from aurangabad. I purchased a funbook p350 in december end. In an accident my tab was damaged and i wanted the touch pad and display to be replaced. I left the tab at service centre on 11 march 2013 and till now i didnt got my tab repaired. They say that they have nt got the parts from the company yet and fools me saying any reason whenever i call them.
Please help me
