delay in reverse pick up , issuance of credit coupon and no response to customer emails and phone calls

This is regarding my order 100004438 (placed on June 24, 2012 10:34:06 PM IST) to http://www.shopnineteen.com/

I ordered for three Tops.

On delivery I found that two of them are not suiting me, so I enquired in customer care through e-mail on 26-06-2012 about the return policy.

They further emailed and on my request they called me to explain the return policy on 29th June 2012.They initiated the return policy (which includes reverse pick up ,checking of the products condition and issuing of credit coupon of the product) on the same day and assured me to choose new product and confirm them through mails, so that they can hold the products. I confirmed the new products on 30th June. They replied that the reverse pickup will be done within a day or two and the whole process will take 7-10 business days.

After that 5 business days are over but reverse pickup has not been done yet (06-07-2012).

And surprisingly customer care does not pick up my phone calls and reply my repeated four mails.

Even I raised complain in their website and that was also not replied.

The company does not even have the sense to inform the customer the reason of delay.

I have been calling their no. 1800-10-22219 (Mon – Sat,11 AM – 5 PM ) in between their working hours and the phone goes un-responded.

Please look into the issue so that they can not treat customers as taken for granted.
