delay in replacement of sunroof glass

I bought a Honda City with sunroof in April 2012. The glass of the sunroof got cracked on June. The dealer was contacted and the car was given to service centre. Till now there is no sign of replacment of the sunroofglass.
I had put a complaint to the Service department of Honda Motors and they replied saying that they regret and the local dealer is trying to solve the problem which is unrealistic. The sunroof glass has a specific curvature and dimension which cannot be achieved at the local level.

The car is lying at the service centre since then. We tried with some glass locally but due to curvature issue, it does not fit.

The Honda motors response and action is not satisfactory at all.
