Delay in repairs of fridge, pending since three months

Location/place: Gurgaon

Name of company/service: HITACHI Home & Life Solutions, Ahmedabad

Hitachi Fridge model RZ660AND7KX two door 600 lt was bought from Malhotra Enterprises, MG Rd, Gurgaon vide bill 1503 dated 27.09.2008 for Rs.61000/-
Since last 18 months this fridge giving problem with low cooling. Machine sent to their workshop at Sector 16, Gurgaon, three times for repairs with no signs of proper repairs till date.
Complaint made on 8th April 12 vide no.12040801779 but person turned up on 17th April after repeated calls & visits. Verdict-Deflection unit faulty. Made direct connection & promised to change the deflection unit. Charges-Rs 275/-
Cooling problem reoccurred. Met Service people at Workshop. Had to lodge fresh complaint as earlier complaint closed without change of deflection unit. New complaint no.12052101961 dated 21st May 12. Person reports on 22nd May. Verdict- cooling problem, fridge needs to be taken to workshop. Machine lifted on 24th May & after repeated calls, visits, mails and change of compressor, flushing of coils etc, returned finally on 14th June. Charges-Rs 2300/-
Cooling problem still same in freezer & worst in fridge portion. The service manager decides to take it back again. The standby fridge which was given on 4th June again sent on 16th June & our machine taken back.
Since then nobody has contacted or giving any response about when our fridge will be sent back duly repaired. Just a routine telephonic reply sometimes to my mails, that experts are being called to diagnose & then repairs shall be taken up. Since 24th May it is now nearly 45 days for HITACHI team to diagnose a cooling problem in the top end fridge. ROCKET SCIENCE!!!
What do we do?? Any justice from HITACHI??
