Complaint No. & Date : PTNA 2507120051 dtd 25.07.2012 Wed
Response : Person from Kalyan Service center visited the site and checked the TV – Power supply is to be replaced which is not available with us
Next Step : We called Philips Customer Service and we found that without solving the previous complaint, they have cancelled the same and genereated new complaint No. PTNA 0608120033 dtd 06.08.12 with the information that the part available with service center.
Service center’s reply : they don’t hv it
We called Customer care seniour person Mr. Saumya on 06.08.12 evening 3 pm and informed the status. He replied that he will call till 5 PM on 06.08.12
Response : No Reply from customer care / service center.
Called service center on 07.08.12 & 08.08.12 till 9.20 but saumya was not available for answer.

Next step : After various follow up with customer care and service center, we tired about their service and response.

Please look into the matter and advice.
