hi i m Rohit ,
i have an ear speaker problem in my sony ericsson xperia neo v mobile. so i take it to the sony ericsson service centre in janak puri on 23 july 2012. first day they said that it is a minute problem it can be repair till tommorow when the next day i go their to receive my mobile they said that it will take 7-10 or u can also get it before time. I wait some days and call them for my mobile they said that the part is not available and it will take 10 days. I call them after 10 days. They simply said that to call the customer care service we don’t have any information.So i call customer care and ask about it they also don’t tell me anything and give me a ticket no. so i also place a complaint in customer care regarding this.
Every time i call them they said wait one or two days u will get your mobile. But now they are again saying that the part is not available and it will take more 7-10 days. Without mobile i am having a lot of problems.please do something…
