DELAY IN REFUND

i have cancell my order on 29-05-2015.but till now i didnt get any refund.they said earlier that money has been tranfered in my bank account and they said it will take 3 to 10 days to reflect in my bank account.and when i again complained to paytm.they ask me to send my bank statement.and i do so.and they said we are forwarding to concern team and it will again 2 to 3 days.but till now there is no proper reply from paytm.so plaese take concern on my issue.my order id no is : 995174170. and the amount is : 3300.00
