I had ordered a 1 x Nikon Coolpix L310 14MP Digital Camera on 21/03/2012, order no 10219606 and paid the 10547 Rs at the time of order. I waited for 1 month for the delivery but i didn’t get any response from the company. After some time my order status was showing as Payment Refund Pending. After that i wrote to the company for refund and made lots of calls to the customer service. But they had not reply to my mails and even they even put my registered no in the black list so i have to call from other no. But my payment is still not refunded and in last after so much of mental harassment i decided to move to consumer forum
