Delay in refill supply

The above are the details of my refill booking and till date and time I have not received by refill cylinder. Also, this is the second instance followed by last months delivery delay with no reasons. The irony is that my neighbour had booked refill cylinder and got the delivery in a weeks time and here I am still waiting for my refill delivery even after 19 days. I wonder what the gas agency is up to, either the agency delivery boys black the cylinders meant for domestic consumption or they just do not care for individual customer as they have enough of customers to fool around with. I am going to make a complaint to consumer court very shortly as this is the limit of tolerance. I have a family to take care of rather than begging for refill booking every month. My previous online complaint no: 12017063 and I have a complaint no. 12037190 for the current issue as well.
