DELAY IN PROVIDING THE SERVICES TO THE NEED OF CONSUMER

I HAVE REGISTERED A COMPLAIN ON 24TH AUGUST,2013 REGARDING THE DAMAGE OCCURED IN MY AC DUE TO FLUCTUATING WEATHER CONDITIONS, FOR WHICH THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED ON 26TH AUGUST,2013 AFTER ALL NECESSARY CHECKUPS ,THE TECHNICIAN CONCLUDED BY SAYING THAT THE TRANSFORMER INSIDE AC IS TO BE REPLACED WHICH WOULD REQUIRE ONLY 7-8 DAYS . BUT NOW ITS MORE THAN FIFTEEN DAYS THE SERVICE HAS NOT BEEN PROVIDED YET AFTER THE FIRST VISIT WHENEVER I CALL THE SERVICE CENTRE I WAS TOLD THAT YOUR REQUEST IS UNDER PROCESS AND WILL BE DONE SOON , I HAVE CALLED MORE THAN 10 TIMES IN LAST 15 DAYS BUT THERE ARE NO FEEDBACK FROM THE COMPANY. THEY CHARGED RS385 ON THEIR FIRST VISIT ON 26TH AUGUST BUT THE WORK IS NOT YET DONE . SEEMS LIKE THEY REQUIRE MORE THAN A MONTH TO REPLACE A PART.
I WOULD REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND RESOLVE OUR PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS I AM FRUSTRATED FROM THEIR SICK BEHAVIOUR.
