The branch of the above mentioned company settled in patna which is is in kankarbagh is showing repeated unwillingness to provide for the services while my purchased bike is still under warranty.. i have been constantly harasses. They are causing a lost of waste of my time, effort and energy, testing my patience. The worst part is that the people who are supposed to cater to consumer’s behaviour are displaying attitudes not accepted by anyone. one particular staff is satendar (the service incharge at the pahadia commercial ltd). I would like that strict action is taken against these people and they should be taught to abide by the rules. i will be highly obliged..
