Dear Sir,
We had booked a house in Titwala in April,2010 from the Riel builder.Earlier the work was getting done at a good speed and we were making the payments on time .but the same work got stopped during July,2011 and the entire focus was on another project they undertook afterwards in Titwala itself.Our building is yet not ready and it is 3 years now.the owners do not speak to us any more and in the office also no body gives proper info about them.The supervisor at site is also unable to clear our doubts. We have already paid around 90% in advance for which we are loosing the interest and the EMI we pay to the bank is again a loss.we had taken the house for the purpose of investment to get recurring income in the form of rent. That too is a loss.
Kindly need your sincere consideration on my Request.

I also had booked my 2 BHK flat in Titwala near ganesh mandir in year 2009, Builder without informing me he sold my flat to other police person after lot of fighting we setttled with another 1 BHK house. As up now 4.5 years went all building people not yet got possesion letter and he confirmed about amenities; he is fraud about his amenities. Riel builder has not provide Water facility; Light connection; no solar installed. He is one of the wrost builder in Titwala and Asangon. Be alert from this builder; his alternate name is VALRAM CONSTRUCTION. He is not loyat builder as compare to other people. We are really struggling with drinking water and ligth connection. Be alert people before buying property from such a builder.

One of the wrost builder i have seen in my local area. Please don’t take propery from him.
