I ordered an Samsung Mobile on 2nd Jan 2013. I was promised on Mobile deliver by 5 days but they took almost 16 days to deliver the mobile.
I had to call CC every time and every time i use to get an auto mated answer from the executive that it will be delivered in few days.
I had to hold call for 2 hrs to talk to one superwiser.An call centre executive termed him self as manager and was trying to cheat me for 2 days.
I finally wrote mail to CEO desk of samsung and they too respond in the same way.
Believe at least i will get some response from your end as they are not ready to compensate for the time which i wasted with them on call and the frustration which i went through for 18 days.
