This is to the concern of the Tikona Digital Networks who on the account of providing new connection took Rs.1100 payment at my residence, sent me the receipt too via email. But when they did not turn up to install, I had to call the Tikona care who said that your mobile number is wrongly mentioned, though the sales executive who came for the payment had written it correctly and had also called several times on my number.
After calling so many times when i got frustrated with their response, i told them that i would go to Consumer forum. Just after that a call came from them that the installation is not possible at your place and your money will be refunded in 15 days.

Thus my grievances are;
1. When the connection was not feasible at my place why did the sales executive sold me the plan?
2. Why did the Tikona did not contact me at the earliest rather kept telling me that it will be done today and tomorrow.
3. Give me the compensation for the several calls that i had to make to Tikona staffs and also for the charges of the Cyber caffe that i had to use for so many days.
4. Why so much of delay in payment of the maoney back to me when the installation is not possible.
