Name of company/service: Team United Express courier
Despite booking my consignment on 21/3/2013 in mumbai, i have not got it delivered to me. the company people say that they do not have distribution network in my residential area. My question to them is: 1) Why did they book it then. 2) i have provided my cell number on the envelope so that they might call, but even that didn’t happen. they simply returned it back to mumbai from hyderabad office. Kindly take proper action.
