We have ordered for a cot and a side box one and half month ago and they have delivered the cot just 15days back. When asked for the side box they said it was not ready and would deliver it in 2-3 days. Its been more than a month and they haven’t delivered the side box even after repeated calls and reminders. The incharge person doesnt answer the call,someother guy answers and when asked for the owner’s number they say that they do not know the number. this might be a trivial issue but even after calling everyday they give the same excuse repeatedly. The amount for cot and sidebox has been paid fully. Kindly take some action on these kind of furniture shops.
