Delay in delivery of consignment and non-response of quiries from customer care executives

Name of company/service: Aramex

Delivery of my online article purchased from ebay.in was assigned to Aramex(www.aramex.com) with Shipment no: 4409364842, with pick-up date: 7/8/12. On 8th August,12, i got an sms from Aramex with the messsage “Attempted Delivery – Incorrect Delivery Address / Awaiting Correct Address-pls contact customer care “. Afterwards i called customer care service of Aramex several times everyday but all my efforts are in vain. They haven’t give any satisfactory answer to my quiry and unable to suggest any wayout to deliver the assignment. Pls Help….
