Delay in delivery and rude behaviour

Name of company/service: Harikrishna Enterprises , Bangalore

I’m facing lot of problems with service provided by Bharat Gas, People are not ready to deliver cylinder for 30 days after the booking. They are very rude in behaviour.

Can please anybody let me know what is the notice period for delivering cylinder, Also cylinders are half filled and when we ask for the weighing scale, sales person is denying it.
