Delay in Delivery and misbehavior with the customer over phone

Name of company/service: Vichare Couriers

My Client (Andheri – West, Mumbai)had taken the help of Vichare Courier to send me (Goregaon – East, Mumbai) a cheque on 23rd of January’13. The courier has not reached us till 29th Jan’13, 3.30 pm. My client gave me the consignment number – 156226. I called up Goregaon East branch to find out if the document has reached there. The customer service person took the call and went to attend another call, putting me on hold. When i asked him why did u keep me on hold, he replied rudely – he will have to attend other calls and not only my call. Then he said he can’t help me as it was not booked from their office and banged the phone. Is this the was a customer should be handled!!! VICHARE COURIERS has failed to deliver and has proved to be incompetent. Sharmila Basu
