Delay In Delivery

My Name is Charles Wallace, i Am from Mumbai Santacruz East

My complain is against Om Sai auto world Mahim (w.

I had booked a Honda activa last year on 26th May 2011,

I had Paid a token money of Rs 1000.

And i paid the full amount on 8th May 2012 as my bike was 12 months waiting..

I still never got my bike as the gave a excuse that the bike has not been dispatched from the factory.

Instead they asked me to wait for another 70days..

So i decided to change the booking from Honda activa to Honda dio so they asked me to wait for another 60 Days for Honda dio. i had also requested to deliver the bike on 13th June as it was my sisters birthday but they refused to deliver the bike on 13th June as they mentioned that they was a waiting for 60 days on Honda dio and they also committed that they will deliver the bike by the end of July
but when i went to inquire about my bike they said that the dispatch has not yet come and they gave me a date of 12th august and now when i went to inquire about the bike they gave an excuse saying that the bike has not yet been dispatched and they even pressurized us to fill up the cancellation form.
i have called and inquired several times but the answer was negative.

Please Look into this matter
