My debit card got expired in Jan 2013 but haven’t received the pin number till now despite of several complaints via call, email and at branch. New pin was issued on March 18 and it was promised that I would get it in 7 business day but in vain. I was also informed there would be a charge against it which is not acceptable as I haven’t received the pin at first go. I had also wasted time and money to visit brach from Ghaziabad to Noida several time but no one cared to help me out. I would like to file complaint and need compensation for poor service.
