Greetings!
My name is Ajeet Tyagi and i have a policy of Iffco Tokiyo for car insurnace with Policy number 73654345. I have claimed a claim from thme under claim number 33643529. They have took a cancelled cheque from me stated that we have RTGS the amount in your bank account. I am regularly following up for that and now they are saying that your file is in our bank and they will courier your cheque or you can collect your cheque from our Malviya Nagar(katwariya sarai office). Now they are not ready to tell the status and when can they can give us the cheque. They have told us that they took time of 10-12 working days but its more than 20 days and still we don’t have any clue.
Please help us to get it resolved as it is a big pain and they are harrasing us by doing all these things.
