DELAY IN ATTENDING COMPLAINT

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your kind notice that I bought a Hitachi Kaze split AC 1.5 ton from one of your dealer- Rhthym House in Noida (U.P)in Apr-2012.From the time we bought the AC the cooling was ok. But now in the scorching heat of June we found that the cooling is quite less & its not effective at all in any modes.

I have lodged a complaint on 17th June with Hitachi Customer care, complaint no 12061701041 for attending to the same.Nobody visited after that then again I have relodged the same complaint on 20th June & I spoke to Mr Hardik(Cust Care) who confirmed that the complaint would be attended in next 48hrs, but to our surprise till 25th June yesterday nobody called or visited us.

After futile efforts I again called up same cust care number where I spoke to Mr Fateh Singh who again was helpless & said the same would be attended asap.

We are surprised that a big company like Hitachi who has world renowned reputation is unable to match its service abilities for its customers.I need justice for my new AC’s bought with keeping full faith in the company.This is for the 1st time that company is not keen in taking any interest to serve its customer.There has been no courtesy even from the customer care executives to call back later & resolve the issues.Its almost more than 8 days gone not a single person from Hitachi has come.

This needs to be resolved immmd.
