Delay in getting payment

Hi Sir,
My policy’s due date was 13-10-14, but till now I have not received any payment from Agrigold. The mediator keep on telling that case is in court & may take some more time. Also mediator took original bond, voter id xerox copies & bank a/c details.
But not even a single rupee from them. I request you to pls help me to get my amount refunded @ the earliest.
