In 2009 We applied for 3BHK Flat at 3c Lotus Boulevard Tower 26.and subsiquently allotted. We were assured possession with 39 months. That being by March 2013. Now it is 2016 May. No information. My daughter and my My husband visited site during Nov 2015 end and found half finished and no work in progress, although in advance company has taken payment as per schedule of payment with out giving a proof of how much finished. I am a medically challanged hence on wheel chair.since Iretired in April 2015 and because non availity of house in Delhi had to move to Kolkata.
Company is silent about possession handing over to owener.
