i hired the company aftergetting online quotation from jaipur office for shifting my household luggages with insurance from khetri, Rajasthan to noida. the party didn’t gave me receipt of insurance (rs 6000 they took) and delayed the delivery of h/h goods by 5 days after making me extra payment of rs 3000. this was done after they blackmailed me that if you want ur luggage you pay the money extra.
the person mr sharma sitting at jaipur office didnt attend the ph properly and also abushed over phone. this jaipur office should be blacklisted and i should be compensated for that extra charge i had paid and the loss suffered due to delay( some imp. official documents and other materials very delays their purpose). i claim rs 80,000 as compensation from them.
