delay in delivery of gas cylinder at home

I consumer of bharat gas bearing consumer no. 21746 of Raj Gas service(ph.no.0510-2332000 uttar pradesh jhansi) I booked LPG cylinder on date of 12-01-2015 till its not delivered.i also complaint and complain reference no.426447 but no any action have taken. It is most harassing that the said telephone was always kept busy. Hope, this time you will take suitable steps to eradicate this problem for the benefits and satisfaction of LPG consumers.
