When I ordered firstly they said within 4 days of dispatch it will reach your home.
Then after calculation I found it to be delivered on 13th of feb. When they failed to deliver they extended the date to 17th. When they again failed, I called customer care 8 times and again and again they forwarded same 3 contact nos. Which is either not picked or says that phone is not in service. They registered my complaints again and again but reply came only one time and said in 48hrs we will again contact you for the detail and i never recieved another call. Now I want my order at my door plus half of my mpoeny back, and the money which I have expended on the phone calls.
