Delay in delivery, Charged excess amount than what is said

Worst thing that one can do is by ordering from Foodpanda, it is always delay in delivery over and above it, it charges more that what is mentioned there. The same thing i had reported in paystore where i was been told to inform the same to team foodpanda at [email protected]. After emailing my concern no one had reverted back. In fact i had to call them. This is the 4th time food panda is doing like this. The last time when i call customer care for delay in food delivery, they said they will give me voucher of Rs.50/- even after saying i don’t want to have any more transactions with foodpanda. Even after giving enough chances to prove foodpanda failed. There is no point in spending on food when it had been received in a cold condition. I want my entire money paid back, i don’t want any voucher.
