We had filed a case against the builder of our flat for delay in regitration and possession has been going on since 2010.The case has reached the order stage this February, however the order is not being delivered and all the sessions have been stating judgement reserved. Is there a way by which we can ask for progress… Is this normal to have 6 months of judegment reserved
