I orderd Microsoft Optical 100 USB 2.0 Optical Mouse (Black) on https://dejavutrends.com on 4 March 2014 also paid 340 Rs through online payment. I yet not received my order. I’ve send lot of shipping inquiry mail to dejavutrends, but they always say “we need some more time”. But they can’t ship or cancel my order.

i ordered canon laser shot LBP-2900B laser printer on https://dejavutrends.com on 26th february 2014. i havent received my ordered product. in starting customer support staff via email said that they will send it in 4-5 working days but after that they stop responding to mails. they seldom pick calls and use to ask me to wait for some time as the order has been delayed due to some technical reason and it will be delivered soon. please help.
