I had placed an online order (Bill Number: 25355
Order Date : 10/10/2010
Payment Mode: CCAvenue Payment Gateway)for two sarees for which I made the payment through SBI NetBanking.
Today I received an email from the Dealer saying that they are cancelling the order on account of stoppage of production of the type of sarees that I has ordered. If they are not aware about the stoppage of production of such sarees, they are incapable of calling themselves “world class” as they also service overseas customers. Just imagine the plight of such a customer who places confidence with such dubious organisation only to be said “sorry for the inconvenience caused”
