Deficiency in services by Intex Service Center Gandhinagar- Delhi

Dear Sir,
I have purchased ‘Intex-Aqua Marvel’ phone, Invoice Date- 11/04/2014.
On finding problem of ‘auto-switch off’ while calling & otherwise I
took it to the INTEX Service Center, GANDHINAGAR- DELHI on 06/08/2014.
They accepted the phone & gave a Jobsheet Receipt no.-
408065427005T001 dated 06/08/2014.
Now it is more than a month, they’re not giving a satisfactory answer
regarding my phone & every time when I ask them, they say,”We sent the
phone to the company, we’re inquiring through mail & waiting for reply
of the Intex company. You’ll get your phone within 2 days.” Still it
is nothing they did & I have had enough now.
It is too far from where I live, I’m visiting the care center two
times a week yet by compromising my classes and spending the expenses
for the same which are more than enough for me being a student.
It may be noted that the Service center of Gandhinagar- Delhi is not
having even the necessary infrastructure & facilities for rendering
these services. Moreover they didn’t pick the call on their authorized
mobile No: 9999604222, 9212708989.

Kindly make necessary steps to take these deficiency in services into
your consideration.
