I have given my device for repairs on 16/07/2012. At first they said it would take about a week , when i called after a week the service center never answered my call and when i visited them they said it would take another week because they dont have spares and they were expecting spares from chennai . But when i called the call center they said for any hardware replacement it would take atleast 15 days. Added to that there were two different versions from the call center the first agent said it would take 10 the next agent said it would take 15 days. But then again i called them after 15 days , they further extended for 3 more days and now its almost 22 days over. Whn i called the call center on 06/08/2012 the agent named bharat promised to give a call back by the same day evening.But there were no call back. The customer service is pathetic and unfortunately the company like Sony can’t keep up with there promise. I have been a ardent fan of sony since 2002.Their product might be good but there after sales service for mobile phones is not upto the standard.
