I booked house hold luggage from Bikaner Junction to Jaipur Junction from Indian Railway on 10th Feb. Total no of item was 10 in same parcel way bill.
I found only 08 item on 11th Feb 13 while pickup and two was missing. I checked on counter; I found only 08 item was dispatched from Bikaner.
Next day I went again to pick the luggage (12th FEB) but I didn’t found rest 02 items. I was asked to pick 08 item else I have been charged delay charges if I couldn’t picked up the parcel. So I had to pick only 08 items from railways Godawn. I had to take half day leave from my company (as I arrived late in office).
Next day on 13th FEB I again went to counter and asked for luggage in morning and found the rest two items.
I paid the loading-unloading/Transporting charge two times (to the private three wheeler loading) and suffered for 03 days and got delay and trouble to receive the luggage. and had to take leave from my private job (without pay).
So I requesting to please compensate me for the dealy, burden and loss of my salary for half day leave which I had to take for the same.
The receipts (luggage booking slip and Gate pass)was deposited by railways counter of parcel outward). But I kept copy of luggage booking slip and Gate pass as proof. And also It can be verified by Railways parcel outward counter’s register and documents.(as entry for In and out for 12th FEB and 13th FEB).
