The undersigned had purchased one ANKAS (RO+UV) system worth Rs 9500/- from
M/S Akashdeep enterprises, sco-402, Mugal Canal, Karnal, on 14.02.2011,
with one year warranty service and three years free service.( Copy of the
bill enclosed for your kind reference.).
Since the installation of the RO system, I have been facing lot of issues
with the machine.
The machine frequently goes out of order and it takes me several calls to
the dealer before some one comes and rectifies the problem
This time I have been calling and reminding Mr Akashdeep for servicing
the RO since last one and half month but to no avail.
The RO has been out of order for the last one month, but there has been no
solution to the problem that I have been facing because of it.
You are requested to issue suitable notice and take appropriate action
against the errring vendor so that many other persons do not face the same
problem like I had.
