My name is nitin yadav. I have made the payment on 11th October through my collegue credit card, and the amount has been deducted from my collegue Credit card but till date I have not received the Product, I had sent lots of mails and also called Timtara Customer care but I got false commitment, When i went for track my order facility on Timtara then Shipment Awaiting was the status for my order No. 10337564. It was written on the website that they will ship my order in 15 days but after more than 2 and half month to go at present also i am waiting for my order of Mobile phone worth Rs 1599/-.
