Sir, I had purchased a laptop cooling pad online but the status of the order is not being sent to me as till date. My payment has already been made and the product has not been delivered neither its status has been mailed and its continuously showing “in process” from the day I ordered. Also it has been 9-10 days I had ordered the product although it was said that it will be delivered within 5-6 days. Order No. 923202891
