deficiancy in cash with drawel

i withdraw cash Rs.14000 on 15/04/2013 from Bank of india ATM, Neredmet Branch , Hyderabad, But i got Rs.13000 only. but the branch manager arose a doubt on “BRINK’S ARYA”
