Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I bought a Renault Scala car on 5th of Jan, 2014, It has been run 9600 kms till sept, 2014, Now 2 of the tires got bubble. I went to the service center. They said it is JK tires issue. we will call the JK tire executive and tire will be surveyed, and after keeping my car for one week , they said claim was rejected, problem was due to impact break.
I check my car to some of outside mechanics, all said there is nothing like impact break kind of thing, and car only runs 9600 kms.
I am very disappointed. I need urgent help.
