We purchased O General Window AC in May 2014 from Jai Bhawani Enterprises, Noida. It started giving cooling problem within just one month of purchase. It was due to gas leakage and it rectified by doing gas filling. After some time, again this problem occurred and in merely five months of usage, gas filling is done THRICE.
It clearly indicates that we have been supplied with defective AC which needs to be immediately replaced. But our complaint with o general customer care ( complaint no GHA11504060111 dated April 6, 2015 is still pending and nothing has been done to resolve the problem.
