I purchased one semi automatic washing machine, Samsung, from Khosla Electronics Pvt Ltd at Dalhousie, Kolkata vide Invoice No. 2924/1415/03798 dated 12 Aug 14.
I already raised the matter with the manager Mr. Arindam Patro telephonically.
But no action taken till date nor the washing machine is changed.
Sir Pls help me out
