I have bought one Semi Automatic Washing Machine on 18/08/2013 from Shyam Lal Kishan Lal(Retailer/Dealer) from Delhi Cant region. Same has been delivered on 21/08/2013. On the same day, when I went to access the same I found that Wash tub is not working. I immediately logged one customer complaint. Two times Videocon representative has come to verify and took photo and invoice copy and assured to replace the new one within 2 days. But 7 days over, still I have not received the new one and do not get any positive response from the company officials.
Without resolve our issue my complaint has been closed in their record. I have logged one new complaint yesterday again. Please advice to resolve the issue.
