Defective vehicle

Dear Sir
I Have purchased a Honda Two wheeler make and model CB TWISTER bearing No-OR-02-BM 7967 on dated.09.03.2011. After few months I found defect in engine and also the self start not functioning. Though I drag attention of the customer care executive during servicing, they did not rectify it, instead of refused to serviced my vehicle. Here I submitted though my vehicle cover warranty and during the warranty the servicing center i.e. GUGNANI Motors, Bhubaneswar dealer code OR-01-0002, denied to serviced my vehicle, which attracts deficiency in service on the part of the vehicle manufacturer and dealer, those are jointly and severally liable for the cost and compensation.
