I have purchased Lloyd split Ac1.5ton on 18.02.2018 through online marketers (AMAZON). After installation unit worked properly for few days. After that it’s not working as per company norms. I registered about this matter through their site after two authorised technician inspected the and asked company officials to send defective parts of unit after getting the ordered parts he replaced parts. After replacing it worked properly for two days after two days same problem repeated again I registered complaint. So far no is responding in my view the whole unit is defective. I humbly request you to order the company to replace the unit instead of repairing. With this complaint I am submitting details of cash bill and complaints details. INVOICE NUMBER:KA_SBLC_24695.
